The Matsiko World Orphan Choir is currently on a 10-month tour of the United States and will soon stop in Williamsburg to share their songs of hope with local audiences. Since its inception in 2008, the Matsiko World Orphan Choir has united orphaned and vulnerable children from India, Peru, Uganda, Nepal, Liberia, and The Philippines with the purpose of sharing their stories of personal empowerment in the face of loss, hunger, and seeming hopelessness.
