Dear Honorable Representatives:
We, the undersigned on this letter from PACTS, International and the targeted individual community would like to thank you for your hearing that was held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 entitled “Anomalous Health Incidents Targeting Americans in the Homeland” and was recently re-broadcast on YouTube.
We are grateful that some of you specifically acknowledged that there were victims of Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs) that were non-governmental workers. Yes, there absolutely are! If this weaponry exists and is operating covertly, why would its use be limited to only US government personnel?
There are many thousands of us nationwide and even worldwide in our Internet community. The world’s most well-kept secret is that essentially all developed countries and even most developing countries now have access to RF/microwave weapons and are using them domestically to control their populations. These devices have been marketed worldwide and are an easy sell to most governments that seek covert dominance of their citizenry.
We applaud your continued efforts to discover the truth about those operating the devices that cause the AHIs which have been determined by the National Academy of Sciences to be “directed, pulsed, RF (radiofrequency) energy...” (See, National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. 2020. Because RF and microwaves have the ability to pass through walls, perpetrators can remain hidden behind homes, offices, parked vehicles and other platforms, while committing heinous atrocities upon their victims, leaving them to suffer intensely and appear delusional as they complain of serious injuries to their mind and body by attackers who are unseen and unknown.
For the perpetrators, this may have seemed like the perfect crime - and it has for several decades, until recently when their methods are now starting to be revealed.
As victims, we need the possession and use of RF/microwave weapons to be criminalized nationwide to enable law enforcement agencies to investigate, apprehend, and prosecute those individuals who are covertly operating these life-threatening devices in our nation.
The witnesses that you brought before you at your recent hearing were correct that the intelligence agencies know a lot more than they are saying. Therefore, we recommend an investigative team that is independent of Intelligence Community oversight since they are more heavily invested in the problem than in obtaining a solution.
We look forward to your continuing efforts on behalf of all victims and would be more than glad to assist you in organizing future hearings on this topic.
