Take and Make Crafts

This month we will be offering two different Take and Make crafts. First, we will have a Groundhog Day craft and then a  Valentines Day craft, be sure to pick one up while supplies last!

 

Due to the current COVID pandemic, Rooster storytime will only be on Thursday mornings at 10:30 am with Ms.Amy and Ms.Bink via Facebook live. Tune in so we can give your kiddos live shoutouts! 

Winter Reading Challenge

Adult Winter Reading

Read/listen to two books, fill out a ticket, and enter for your chance to win . Last day to turn in tickets is March 12.

Children's Winter Reading

 Read five books fill out your ticket, for your chance to win. The more tickets you turn in the more chances you have to win.

Book Clubs From the Beach

Join Connie as she hosts these two fabulous Book Clubs from her Condo in Florida. The sun might not be shining here, but I bet Connie will let us borrow some of her sunshine!

Marion (Chickasaw) Branch Events

February Events

Start your February off with “Blind Date with a Book” at the Marion Twp. Branch Library.  Adults, during the month of February check out one of our wrapped mystery date books.  Fill out the “Rate Your Date” slip and return it to be entered in to win a gift certificate to a local restaurant. 

 

Stop in for the February take and make craft bags.  This month is the Unicorn Valentine.  All supplies included except glue and scissors. No pre-registration, get them while they last.

 

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of Take Your Child to the Library Day, each child who visits the library on Saturday, Feb. 6 will receive a free party bag which includes a craft, handouts and a small treat.  Masks are required in the building.  If you would prefer a curbside pickup call and arrange a pickup time.  Available first come first serve, no registration necessary.  9 – 11:30 am

Mendon Branch Events

February 9th at 4 pm:  Join us at the Mendon Church of God Fellowship Hall for a book discussion of Winter Garden by  Kristin Hannah. 

 

St.Henry Branch Events

Winter Reading Challenge

Winter Reading Challenge - All Ages - Jan 25th through Mar 22nd. Patrons get one ticket entry for a gift basket for every two books they read.

Grab & Go Bag

DIY Bird Feeder Grab & Go Bag - All Ages- Bags will be ready for pickup on Feb 8th. No registration and no fee

Grab-N-Go's with the Story Time Pros!

Kids Preschool age and below can stop in and get a bag anytime from the circulation desk. Each bag has two books and activity/coloring pages.
