Healthy Cougar Week
We are focused on health more than ever it seems, but we can’t forget that health has so many aspects to it!
We invite our entire Cougar Community to participate in our first ever Healthy Cougar Week. Whether you’re a Future Cougar, Current Cougar, Alumnus, or just love our Cougar Community, we challenge you to do one thing for your health each day. This can be anything from exercise to chatting on the phone with a friend!

Tuesday Touch Base: Call or video chat with a friend or family member on the phone and say hello and ask how they’re doing. Don’t know who to talk to? Reach out your favorite teacher or staff member at school-they’d love to hear from you!
Walking Wednesday: Get outside and go for a walk, jog, or bike ride around your neighborhood. Look for signs of spring!
Thursdays are for Spiritual Health: Join us for our weekly virtual prayer service on Facebook, and maybe wind down with some yoga! We recommend: Flow Yoga for Beginners with Rodney Yee
Feel Good Friday: Do one thing that makes you feel good! Bake some cookies, dance to your favorite song, or watch some cute animal videos. Whatever makes you feel good!
