Be a Voice for Generations

National Reconciliation Week kicks off on May 27, and this year's theme encourages all Australians to be a voice for reconciliation in tangible ways in our everyday lives – where we live, work and socialise. 

You can get involved by learning more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, checking out the NRW events happening near you and see how you can Be a Voice for Generations to create a better country for future generations.

Meet Lisa – our Artist and Venues Manager!

Lisa has been part of the Fringe-fam since 2018, working through the ranks from Support Coordinator, all the way up to Manager!

As an artist, venue, or producer, you would’ve come across Lisa through our Professional Development Series, Arts Industry Collabs, and all things FringeWORKS.

With a background in theatre making, directing, producing and venue management, Lisa’s specific interests lie in creating community, professional development in the arts, and building sustainable careers.

Venues: Festival City Adelaide wants to hear from YOU!

Festival City Adelaide is undertaking research relating to venues that participate and support festival activities both in Adelaide and across regional South Australia. 

They are very keen to get your feedback and invite you to complete a quick ten-minute survey to help inform future venue development and support.

June 30 is just around the corner, which means there’s only a few weeks left to make sure you get the biggest return you can!

So how about a little “you help us, we’ll help you”?

We have a vision to become the most inclusive festival in the world. That means removing barriers for artists and audiences to participate in and attend Adelaide Fringe by commissioning new artistic projects, buying tickets for communities in need and funding services like Auslan interpretation and audio description. 

But we want to do even more. 

Your donation will help us move closer to making arts unlimited and ensure that everyone can experience the life-changing effect of Adelaide Fringe and the arts (and help you bag a fatter return at tax time).
