Greetings, all.
Housing is a chronic issue for our community due to individuals who have become displaced because of situations related to being targeted. Even as of this moment, there are several TI's that I could name who have an immediate need of housing and there is currently nowhere to place them.
So, tonight, the TI Land Project Committee speaks about its goal of seeking out and purchasing property to house a TI enclave, such as the 2-acre vacant lot above in El Mirage, CA which sells for just $12,000 on Zillow.
We would like to discuss some of the pros and cons of what we'd like to purchase and where and explore realistic options - including the launch of a major fundraiser to acquire such a property and all that would be needed for it in this edition of our podcast.
