The countdown to Halloween is on, and this week Hull & East Yorkshire are packed with spine-chilling and family-friendly activities alike!

For starters, don't miss Hull Horror Fest, our city's very own annual Halloween-themed extravaganza - like comic-con but with a sprinkle of horror!

Worried about keeping the kiddos entertained during half-term? Don’t be! We've got a complete guide to all the half-term events that'll keep the young ones (and you!) happily occupied.

And if you're already thinking ahead to Bonfire Night, we've got you covered with a guide to the best fireworks displays in Hull & East Yorkshire. And for our foodies, we paid a visit to a charming new independent cafe in Hull's old town!

We've also got Scareoween 2023 at Sewerby Hall, an immersive ghost story experience. William's Den is hosting a Halloween-themed event with old-school sideshow games and a Scooby Doo-style murder mystery.
