Welcome to our January newsletter! With CONVENE 2018 just around the corner, we're putting the finishing touches on the sixth edition of our event and getting excited to welcome everyone to Vilnius on 14-15 February.

It's the last call for those wanting to discover the Baltic Sea Region through our Hosted Buyer programme or to attend CONVENE as a Visitor. Finally, a reminder to everyone scheduling meetings in advance through their online diaries - the deadline to fill them out is 8 February.

Each year, the CONVENE Education Programme serves as a valuable platform for information sharing on the meetings and events industry’s hottest topics and most current challenges. The 2018 edition of the event is no exception, with notable industry speakers from around the world set to take to the stage to share their insights with CONVENE participants.

The sixth edition of CONVENE is happening amid the year-long centenary celebration of the signing of the Lithuanian Act of Independence on 16 February 1918. With one of the year's biggest celebrations happening the day after CONVENE, it's a perfect opportunity to combine business with pleasure and join in the festivities!
