It's Day 15 of the SELF-CARE Bootcamp!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a lovely weekend and you are ready to go for it in week three!

Today is a KICK BOXING day with me and you have an all over body warm up followed by 3 x 10-13 minute all over body focused videos and an all over body cool down!

Please take care on these videos and take the lower impact options if you need to but enjoy it and GO FOR IT!
