Hello and welcome to Replenish,
Thank you for being in this brand-new container with me.
I'm excited (and also a little terrified) to give all the thoughts I have on healing and growing beyond the despair and dissatisfaction of self-care a home outside of me.
What I wanted more than anything else for our 28 days together (which starts tomorrow, Monday 26th) was space for you.
A QUICK BACK STEP
Replenish was born in January, in a marketing container I'd signed up for. I'd done it to help overcome the considerable fears I had around getting myself and my work out there.
It was fucking overwhelming though.
28 days of content-heavy emails. Live calls (that happened before any sane person should be awake in the morning).
As Replenish grew from the fertile grounds of the original live call I did in December 2022, in the pressure cooker of Anna Bellissima's group -- I knew I didn't want to bombard anyone with my philosophy of replenishment.
ALL THE SPACE
Replenish is a blueprint. The sketching of ideas that hang together in a (mostly) coherent fashion.
There is intentionally a lot of space.
I don't want to tell you what to do -- that's really not my gig.
I also don't want to put you under the hammer.
This is designed for people who are probably already overwhelmed, over-committed and (probably) over everyone having an opinion on how their life could be better if they just did self care.
- What I want to offer first is a different language around prioritising yourself and self-tending.
- Next I want to offer the opportunity to write a new story for yourself around it.
- Then I want to provide a framework to add practices and tools you love, and spark ideas for new ones you might want to include.
- Lastly, I want to leave you with a roadmap that can be rewritten, refined and reinvented over the coming months and years to support you at every quirk and turn of life.
I hope Replenish flourishes into something incredible for you long after we've had our time together.
THE GRANULAR
You will receive an email every day for 28 days -- however half of them will be to remind you that it is a pause day. There is an overview of topics you can download at the end of this email.
The first micro-reframe will arrive by email around 6am (AEST) tomorrow.
Each micro-reframe will be 3 minutes or under. They will arrive as text and audio.
Each email will also contain two short reflective questions and a somatic practice. Feel free to experiment with these (or ignore them!)
You get to choose how much of this material you engage with!
The first two reframes are a little longer than 3 minutes as I get all the background out of the way, plus some admin, so we can get into (shorter) nuts and bolts after that.
LIVE CALLS
Saturdays are Q & A sessions. Come with all your questions on anything the week's emails have sparked. I will do my best to answer them.
If you have a question and can't make the call -- please email me and I'll answer it live for you.
Saturday calls are on 2nd and 16th of March at 10am (AEST)
Sundays are sharing sessions. This is where you have an opportunity to share, in a safe and supportive space, anything that's coming up.
Sunday calls are 10th and 24th March at 10am.
All calls will be recorded and emailed out.
A reminder email will go out with the details a day and an hour before the call.
