💬 Recommendation of the month

As a team developer I think even for "regular team meetings", it is nice to do a short introduction round to see how everyone in the team is feeling as this strengthens the social connection amongst the team members, especially when working virtually. 🎧 Two new podcast episodes are out

#13: Nicole Wilke is one of three EU lead negotiators at international climate conferences, such as the Paris Agreement. Her leadership style is about honesty and truly being yourself. 

And as this month was a productive podcast month, there is a second podcast episode: #14 with Anna Roizman from Porsche AG is about community leadership, a totally different kind of leadership than the ones we've been talking about so far in the podcast.
