Today, I'm heading out to Kansas City to attend NextAfter's NIO Summit (remember when I won tickets in the T-shirt contest?) It's sure to be a great conference, jam-packed with actionable information. Here are just a few of the topics I'll be hearing about:

• Maximizing digital and mail communications in response to inflation.
• Using organic search to raise more funds.
• Breaking down silos for data and teams (yes!).
• Content strategy for the online donor's journey.
• Copywriting, research, and micro-campaigns, oh my! (did I mention the Wizard of Oz theme?)
