GLN/EGLN Legal Dispute Settled.

October 15, 2017 – Bangkok, Thailand: 

At the 15th Annual GLN Conference, Andrew Titley, Executive Director of GLN announced that the legal dispute between GLN and Roy Stapleton of EGLN has been settled with the signing of a Settlement Agreement between the parties approximately two weeks ago.

Andrew Titley noted that, “This Settlement Agreement was signed in order to allow GLN to finally put this very unpleasant dispute with EGLN and Roy Stapleton behind us and to focus on the future”

Full terms of the settlement cannot be revealed but EGLN is required change its name within the next 90 days to avoid conflict.

BREAKING NEWS:  At its recent Conference, Roy Stapleton of EGLN announced that, effective January 01, 2018, it will have a new majority shareholder – the WCA. Full details can be read in the Press Release

GLN will soon be announcing that 2 former GLN Members (and current EGLN Members) will be returning to GLN.
