Get to know our Cultural Connect Assistant!

My name is Robin Alcorta, I help organize Cultural Connect, and the Coffee and Conversation events. I am apart of the Liberal Arts Transfer Program, and I plan to major in Biochemistry. I enjoy gardening, reading, and painting in my free time.

Virtual Yoga Series

Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm

Join CIE’s Tammy Gibbs for some restorative yoga to help with the quarantine blues!

The class will help us release tension in the body and help us breathe. If you have them, please set up with a mat, blocks (or something similar- a book, water bottle, extra blankets), a bolster (or multiple blanks folded so you have a shape about 2.5 feet long by 1 foot wide by about 6-8 inches high), and a strap/ towel/ or belt. We may also use a chair or a wall (in many cases a couch will also work).

Register in advance for this class here

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
