Position Details:
Provide client-centered supervision and leadership in a behavioral health outpatient setting serving people living with substance use/mental health concerns. Responsibilities include supervision and development of clinical staff, ensuring the provision of quality care, program development activities including data-driven evaluation and change management processes, limited direct service, and community coordination and advocacy. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research. Services are provided via telehealth as well as office-based/in person and within specific community settings. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes, and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.)
- 4+ years post-graduate work
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
- Current CAADC / CAADC development plan or CAADC development plan eligible
- Current Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) preferred
- Proven competence in data management
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
