When we started this newsletter back in 2019, we wanted to do more than just share interesting and valuable CX tips. We wanted to start conversations and help raise awareness of how much CX matters and how we can improve experiences for humans – whether they are customers, employees, or partners. Our goal was and is to create more value for everyone involved.
To be honest, starting this newsletter has been a learning experience for us. And we’ve been excited at the results. But we never stop learning, and we need your feedback to continue in our journey. If you have 5-10 minutes, we’d appreciate your feedback!
