** For Senior Championships, an email will go out for volunteer sign up, and opportunity for free t-shirt and admission. We will also sign off on volunteer hours for athletes/siblings.

Start your Regional entries as soon as possible to make sure you are good to submit next Monday! With this being the first of something new, everyone needs to allow time and grace with this. 

Age Group Chair, Michael Hamann, sent out an email regarding the Regional OME Entry Procedure, you can find that HERE. 

FAQ: For 50s of stroke, swimmers are entered by their 100 qualifying time. *If the swimmer has the state cut for the 100, they are not eligible to swim the 50 at Regionals. 

A reminder that bids for the 2026 Winter Championship Meets are due March 1st. Dates and Bid Form can be found HERE.

Women Coaches & Girls Clinic - Saturday April 12th

• Girls in the morning at Vernon Hills High School
• Women Coaches in the afternoon at Stevenson High School
• Registration info coming soon!
  • 40 girls age 11-18 with regional qualifying times or above will be accepted, first come, first serve via application posted to the camp page. Opening March 3rd at 8am. 

Senior Quad Challenge Long Course Meet - Saturday April 12th

• Afternoon/Evening event at Stevenson
• Fall (Boys) and Winter (Girls) Participants will be invited to attend. Waitlisted athletes will be invited to fill any open spots

Age Group Select Camp - Sunday April 13th

• Medalists at the 10&U Championships and 11/12 athletes at the Age Group Championships will receive invitations to apply. The application will open March 17th at 8:00am, first come, first serve.

NEWSLETTER EASTER EGG FORM

A NEW OFFERING: Similar to Junior Coaches, there is the opportunity to become a Junior Official. The Junior Stroke & Turn Official certification is only available to 16 and 17 year olds.

Any teams with interest will need to select the Jr. Official membership option to allow those to register as a Jr. Official and complete the Training outlined HERE. 

As a coach, please take a minute to familiarize yourself with this new opportunity. 

A calendar of committee meetings can be viewed HERE. 

Agendas and zoom links will be available prior to the meeting. 

Everyone is welcome to attend committee meetings. Non-committee members in attendance will be without a voice or vote, unless recognized by the committee chair. Any questions should be directed to the chair, before or after the meeting. 

Please ensure you and your coaches are up to date for membership.
