What has a higher sugar content?

And the answer to yesterday's quiz is...

The mixed sushi pack has 5.5 tsp of sugar and the egg sandwich has 1tsp per pack.

Sushi is fine occasionally, but the rice is often soaked in sugary sauce and despite people thinking it is wheat free, it can contain gluten. Go for sashimi and miso soup if you like this type of food!
