What you need to do today...

FINAL WORKOUT, woo hoo! It's the killer abs set with all those fab abs like coffin crunches, push-pulls, rolling abs, V-sit punches and all those lovely 6 pack attack changing things!

You are ONE WORKOUT AWAY from completing the Tummy ATTACK bootcamp, so I want you to go mental-mental-chicken-oriental (sorry couldn't resist!) and before you start the video think about where you were 4 weeks ago today.

I'm sure many of you wouldn't have been able to do it, so remind yourself about that and GO FOR IT!

Take your photos!

This weekend, maybe think about taking your 'after' photos - and also remember there are two days left!

What you do today or tomorrow can hinder or help your final aesthetic results. So take them today if you're finishing up today or take them tomorrow or Monday morning if you're following through.

Either way, think about your progress, achievements and successes, whatever they may be for you!

Now we're at the end I wanted to remind ourselves that it's not our bodies or tummies that are really important but YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL!

Yes being healthy is important, yes being strong and fit has it's benefits, but today as all our workouts will be done, I thought I'd share this article about incredible and inspirational women.
