While we desperately need some rain, we have another gourd-geous, warm fall market day in the forecast for Friday! āļø Hours are still 3ā6pm this week, but hours will be shorter starting next Friday as we make seasonal changes with the time change. Itās hard to think about the Winter Season when itās 70°+ out, but you can find those details below so you don't miss a beet.
As always, we are so grateful for your support and commitment to local through ALL seasons at KSQ!
A few things to note this week:
- There will be some extra tents in the lot for Saturday's Mushroom Cap Half Marathon, but there will be plenty of convenient on-site parking on the Union side of the Borough building. A few spots will be reserved near our Union-side entry for those with limited mobility.
- It's ice cream weather, so Hangry Bear is popping up again to help you cool off!
- Fran is away this week, so no bread, bagels, etc š No worries, he will be back next Friday!
- Don't miss Wastewell's final market until Spring. Stop by to learn about his home compost pickup service for winter!
- Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) + Senior FMNP checks are welcomed by our PA-based produce farms: Full Table & Swallow Hill this week.
We can't wait to see you Friday at 600 S Broad St from 3-6pm ā with plenty of free parking on the Union side of the lot!

Shopping Hours
We open "our doors" at 3 PM, and we need every minute until then for all vendors to be fully ready. If you arrive before 3 PM, please wait by the entry signage, and listen for the bell to ring to welcome you in. We truly appreciate your cooperation!
Market closes at 6pm from MayāNovember 1.
We are open year-round! We continue weekly through 12/20 (closed only 11/29), with shorter hours (3-5:30pm) starting 11/8. Bi-weekly Winter Season markets begin January 3.
Location & Parking

ACCESSIBILITY: There are a few parking spots near the entry reserved for those with limited mobility. If you need any assistance to shop, please let us know how we can help!
Market Shopping Tips
- Preorders continue to be helpful for both producers & customers, so take advantage of that option as available to secure exactly what you need for the week.
- BRING CA$H as not all vendors accept cards or have a minimum for card use. (Cash is always appreciated, as the fees for card use add up for small businesses!)
- PA-based produce farms accept Farmers Market Nutrition Program (WIC) + Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks from JuneāNovember. Visit Full Table and Swallow Hill Farm.
- BYO reusable bags to help reduce plastic waste.
- BYO cooler or insulated bag to help keep things fresh and safe on warm days as you travel.
- Feel free to use the red market wagons to help carry your load as you shop ā just return when done!
- Stop by the Kennett Collaborative info tent or ask one of the vendors to point out Ros, the Market Manager, if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions!
Market Manners for Dogs
- Well-behaved pups kept on a short, non-retractable leash are welcome at market!
- Please be sure your dog is comfortable walking calmly past people and other pups of all sizes without lunging, barking, or growling. If you are unsure, please be kind to your dog and others by not bringing them to market.
- If your dog becomes stressed or uncomfortable, please quickly step out of the market area.
- Mind your dog's manners while shopping.
- We appreciate your consideration to keep all safe and happy!
