Exhibition Preview at Rheged

You are invited to an Exhibition Preview of Matisse and Contemporary Paper Artists

Friday 27 May 6-7.30pm in the Gallery at Rheged.

RSVP by 19 May to gallery@rheged.com with how many will be attending.

Rheged is delighted to curate its first Paper Art exhibition. This Summer Exhibition includes Matisse: Drawing with Scissors, a Hayward Gallery Touring Exhibition, featuring 35 lithographic prints of the famous cut-outs produced by Henri Matisse.

The wider Gallery features over 200 artworks by 42 leading British contemporary Paper Artists including animation, fashion, collage, 3D sculpture, intricate paper cuts and origami, many of which are for sale. There are also children's activities, a make and create area and a new Lake District themed Paper Commission.

Office Hours

We will be out of the office from 2pm on Thursday 19th May setting up our marquee and then all day Friday 20th May manning our stand at the Keswick Mountain Festival. If you're on Crow Park over the festival weekend do come over for a chat.
