Applicant tracking system

Dear HR Community,

We are in the energy industry and we are planning to invest in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

I understand that some of the basic functions of an ATS will include job posting to various job portals and tracking, sorting, storing of candidates' applications.

Based on your experience with ATS in your organisation and the innovations that are taking place in recruitment technology, please advise:

1. What functions are recommended for an ATS.

2. How much does it cost to implement an ATS.
