I am sure that you are as relieved as we are that the vaccination programme is forging ahead and we now have provisional dates for businesses re-opening and being able to travel and see people again.
On 29th March* the stay at home order formally ends but we are still advised to minimise travel and stay local.
12th April* will see our shops re-open and pubs and restaurants can serve food and drink outisde. Outdoor attractions can re-open and overnight stays will again be permitted. At this stage only self-catering accommodation will be allowed to open.
From 17th May* all other accommodation can re-open and pubs and restaurants can return to serving food and drink inside.
We know that many of you can't wait to get back to Keswick. We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as you can to avoid disappointment and consider booking in advance for evening meals as well. We will keep our website as up to date as possible with information about opening times, etc.
By 21st June* it is hoped that all other businesses, not covered in earlier stages, can re-open.
At each stage social contact limits will apply and our businesses will be working hard to ensure that they can still provide you with the best level of service whilst adhering to the rules.
If you have any specific queries or need any help planning, please do get in touch with us and we will be happy to help in any way we can.
*dates are subject to final confirmation.
