At year end, the US Treasury issued its 45V Hydrogen tax credit regulations that may impact the proposed nuclear-driven hydrogen projects announced for Illinois. The ruling includes an “Incrementality” clause which requires that hydrogen production eligible for the credit is made with new clean energy created in the last three years, which directly impacts nuclear generating assets. Final comments on the ruling are due on February 26, 2024. For more information please click here.

This year's internship program will feature 34 paid internship opportunities for juniors and seniors attending Coal City, Gardner-South Wilmington, Minooka, Morris High School, or GAVC. There are a wide variety of opportunities available, and applications will go live on January 18.
