Virtual, livestream, webcast, video conference. Our conversations are different these days.

Hi, . We hope you and your family are well, and your organization is finding new ways to move forward in our pandemic world.

It's been two-and-a-half months since the first spring events were cancelled. Since then, we've produced twenty virtual events. We are grateful to be able to support our clients and partners as they move their events online.

Our feature story this month details how to plan entirely virtual auctions. We also outline how to reduce your event team to the essential livestreaming roles. Our third article gathers thoughtful advice from fundraising experts to help organizations connect with donors virtually.

We hope this newsletter is helpful as you consider your virtual event options. Please call or contact us if you want to schedule your own virtual event or to talk through your choices. We're ready to partner with you in the way that best meets your needs.

You Can Do This

No matter what type of event you want to host online, there is a way to do it.

Even when your team is working from home, you can host a successful virtual auction with preplanning and partnership. The process also applies to other types of fundraisers and virtual events.
