Hello friends,
I'm not sure if you've ever experienced chronic pain, but it is truly debilitating. I had suffered from it before having both of my knees replaced and it affected so many parts of my life. I felt like I had to constantly say no to things in life based on how my body felt or might feel.
The only way I got through it was with lots of support from trained professionals - acupuncturists, bodyworkers, and somatic and other coaching, and friends and family. But what if you don't have all that readily available? My dear friend Erin Mullins of the Inside Health Institute in Bothell, Washington is offering another form of support - a chronic pain group counseling group. I've written about Erin's work before here, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
This group is a fantastic resource and will help participants learn ways to manage pain and support wellbeing. You can learn more about it here.
