2. Consider what you take with you - Answer the question, " What will we take with us when we go elsewhere?"
3. Don’t define yourself based on your job - If you anchor your identity in your job, your self-worth can fall like a stack of cards. People learn it the hard way during retrenchments, but don't wait till you're in that situation to decouple your identity. Define yourself by your skills and demonstrated impact
4. Know your reputation - Are you a positive-sum player? Do you create impact? What is your working style like? Your reputation precedes you.
