The Gemara (Shabbos 31a) mentions that after 120 years when a person is judged in the heavens, he is asked several questions including: Did you deal in business honestly? Did you make time to learn Torah? Did you deal in the Mitzvah of Pru Urevu? The Maharsha points out that the wording in the Gemara doesn't ask if you fulfilled the Mitzva of Pru Urevu, rather if you Dealt in Pru Urevu. He explaining that this means helping orphans marry, or any person that needs assistance finding a Shidduch. We all have an obligation in our lives to assist those struggling with Shidduchim to find their match.
