Introducing Kefi

On 1st and 2nd April, GDi conducted its first no-laptops mini-offsite by the name of 'Kefi' which means happiness and joy. The entire Team GDi took some relaxing time-off to connect internally and engage in fun activities and games. We spent some time outdoors and away from the regular schedule to engage with our team members outside of our day-to-day work.

The outcome linked ed-tech program focuses on improving learning outcomes through a Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) solution, establishing 'Pay for Outcomes' in Education and building a platform for innovative financing structures in government procurement.

Organisation Growth Strategy building workshop

As part of our engagement with ICED to develop their 5-year organisation growth strategy, we facilitated a 5-day workshop to involve ICED’s board, management, all team members, partners and sector experts in the strategy development.

Meet Rajat!

Meet our new team member, Rajat Mehta, a passionate individual who wishes to solve some of the most intractable governance challenges facing the country. Rajat has prior experience of working at the Chief Minister's Office Maharashtra in piloting a PPP-based rural development project. He also worked as a political consultant and framed campaign strategies for one of the large national political parties in India.

Rajat is a Chemical Engineering graduate from NIT Nagpur. He wishes to leverage his experience in making a large scale impact and help in creating an inclusive and sustainable future.
