Medical Reimbursement - Update 1 (Replies)
Hi HR Practitioners,
Does anyone knows when was the following policy being implemented by MOM?
"Where the company is required to reimburse 100% of the cost of the consultation fee"
Is it recent? And how do I check when was it implemented?
It has been in the employment act all along.
This is mandatory by MOM and have been implemented for long long time, it does not matter whether when it have been implemented, It is matter that company need to comply and no question.
