Cultural Fund Grants for Organisations – for projects that deliver opportunities for authors, journalists, artists and key industry stakeholders in the writing, publishing, education and visual arts sectors. Closes 1pm, 30 September 2019

SA Heritage Grants Program – for conservation projects to conserve or protect significant fabric or heritage values. Closes 29 July


Export Market Development Grants (EMDG) - Provides exporters who are aiming to increase their international sales with reimbursements of up to 50% of promotional expenses.

SA Export Accelerator - Financial assistance for South Australian businesses looking to grow into international markets. 

Research, Commercialisation and Startup Fund - supports researchers, entrepreneurs and businesses to accelerate their progress with funding from the SA Government.

Wine Tourism and Cellar Door Grants – up to $100,000 annual grant to support wine producers who add value by attracting visitors to wine regions and thereby encourage wine tourism. Round 1 closes 30 September.

H&R Block Grants for Growth – 2 winners each month will receive $5,000 in cash and $5,000 to use towards H&R Block’s business and bookkeeping services.

New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) – personalised support to help you become a self-employed business owner.  Ongoing

Business.gov.au – Find grants, funding and support programs from across government to help your business grow and succeed.

Qantas Regional Grants – to help brighten the futures of regional communities, the Regional Grants Program will provide financial, flight and marketing support to community groups and organisations to help further their causes and set them up for success. Round 1 applications close 30 August.

Be Connected Activation Grant – to new organisations joining the Be Connected Network to help support older Australians to gain digital skills, including new devices, broadband fees, or expenses for digital mentors or volunteers.  Available until August 2019.

Strengthening Regional Communities – for small rural, regional and remote communities to support broad community needs. Two funding streams – Small and Vital Grants and Larger Leverage grants. Ongoing

Dreams for a Better World Round 3 Active Community Grants – sports grants to help people of all ages and abilities to be more active. Applications close 13 September.

Dreams for a Better World Better Business grant – a chance to receive $15,000 to help fund a project or innovative solution that tackles a social issue in your local community.  Closes 2 August.

ANZ Seeds of Renewal – to help build vibrant and sustainable rural communities, to ensure the ongoing prosperity of regional Australia.  Opens 2 July and closes 6 August.

Honda Foundation – to help fund and empower organisations that are focussed on helping others. Closes 9 August.

Jetstar Flying Start – for community groups and organisations across Australia to fund a project that will enrich the lives of people in their local community. Closes 30 September.

On-Farm Emergency Infrastructure Rebate Scheme – a rebate to drought affected farmers who invest in urgently needed on-farm water infrastructure. Closes 31 March 2021

Drought Communities Programme – Extension – to deliver benefits to targeted drought-affected regions of Australia.  Closing 30 June (for Eligible Councils announced in 2018) or 1 December (for Eligible Councils announced in March 2019).

The Norman Wettenhall Foundation – Small Environment Grants Scheme – for projects that will make a positive difference to the natural living environment.  Four rounds per year.

Advancing Renewables Program – to develop renewable energy technologies. Ongoing

Our Town – Fay Fuller Foundation – a new multi-million dollar funding initiative that will work towards solutions to mental health challenges identified by SA rural and regional towns. Funding could be received over 10 years to work towards creating sustainable change.  

Active Australia Innovation Challenge – Got a new idea that helps people get active?  Schools, tertiary institutions and community organisations are invited to apply for Heart Foundation funding that will help to create an active community. Entries close 31 July

FRRR In a Good Place – provides support for community-driven initiatives that reduce social isolation, increase social participation and connectedness, and encourage people in rural, regional and remote communities who are at risk of, or are experiencing, mental health issues to seek help.  Opens 9 July and closes 13 August.

Matana Foundation for Young People – to improve the welfare and wellbeing of young people from severely disadvantaged or marginalised backgrounds. Ongoing
