Hi everyone,
We’re heading into the week of the Summer Solstice, and it’s the perfect time to soak up the sun and enjoy those long summer evenings - so we’ve rounded up the best rooftop bars in Hull! There might not be loads, but the ones we do have bring proper holiday vibes. Check out the list below!
Last week we also paid a visit to a new curry house on Newland Avenue, serving up mouthwatering dishes based on proper family recipes. If you love your comfort food, this one’s well worth a visit - read our article in the Food & Drink section.
And finally, we popped into a brilliant independent tattoo studio that’s been inking Hull for over a decade. Not only is the artwork next-level, but they do loads for the local community too. Check out the video below for the full story.
And as always, there are tons of other great events taking place in Hull & East Yorkshire this week. To name just a few, there’s a night of Danish rock and roll and heavy metal from Copenhagen hitting a local stage, live jazz sessions showcasing some of the best regional talent in a cosy setting, and a very special 10km Shake Hout Run across the Humber Bridge.

And if you've got time, please leave us a review using the form at the bottom, and let us know what you'd love to see more (or less!) of - so we can keep making this newsletter better.
As always, thank you from all of us at Hull What’s On for continuing to support us - every time you share the newsletter with family or friends, it helps us massively.
Have a great week!
