Select the variety that’s best suited to your intended use. 

Best Squash for Roasting

  • Butternut
  • Orange kabocha
  • Delicata
  • Acorn
  • Honeynut
  • Candy roaster

Best Squash for Soups + Purees

  • Any of the above squashes
  • Green kabocha
  • Hubbard
  • Sugar or Pie pumpkin
  • Fairy tale pumpkin
