At this forum, you will gain further understanding on how to tap on various HR grants and adoption of manpower strategies to enhance employee engagement & retention whilst striving to build a future-ready organisation for business sustainability.

Participants are also offered an exclusive chance to join Mrs Teo, 2nd Minister for Manpower in conversation on key manpower issues where she would be engaging in a moderated dialogue at this session and will be opening the floor to our members so that they may ask questions directly. This closed-door (ie. No media) dialogue with Minister will focus on:

  • Foreign workforce policy changes and enhancements to the Adapt & Grow initiative in relation to the announcement by MOM of several new policies and programmes at the Committee of Supply Debate on 5 Mar'18.
  • Recent policy announcements by MOM and any key manpower issues of interest to the business community.
