Ship early and often 🚒

I'm convinced we have the best no-code community in the world right here in Atlanta. It's not a competition, and there are certainly great groups of makers all over the world. I'm just so happy with what we've built here in my own city and I want this for everyone.

What I love most about our group is that we ship early and often! We're a group of makers that have so many ideas, so we can't afford to sit on any one idea for too long. We support each other, bounce ideas off each other, refine them, and then ship! It's so much fun. I encourage anyone with too many ideas and not enough time to just stop overthinking it and ship! You can always iterate later.

Now, let's meet some no-code goodness...

⚑ Meet Calcapp - A formula-based app buiilder

Calcapp is a no-code app builder where apps are created in the same way a spreadsheet is created, with formulas.

You can use formulas to calculate field values, as expected, but also to determine if things like buttons should be visible and the e-mail addresses PDF reports should be sent to. It reminds me of Microsoft PowerApps, but feels more like Excel and you can create apps for anyone, not just for people in your organization. Calcapp also supports embedding apps in websites.

πŸ‘‹ Meet Quentin Villard - @quentinvllrd

Quentin Villard is the Head of Growth at Flitdesk, and the 5th maker I'm featuring from the No-Code Rumble. Quentin is the creator of Nocode Essentials, which I featured way back in Issue #5.

I love Quentin because he's exactly the type of maker we need in this community. He's helpful, collaborative, and truly wants to make a difference. I can't wait to see his next project, which I'm featuring below...

πŸš€ Meet Nocode Mentors - Live calls with Nocode experts

Nocode Mentors is the 5th product being created as part of the No-Code Rumble, and is being built by Sako and Quentin Villard.

As the no-code space continues to grow, there are increasingly more makers entering the space, and many of them are looking for direction. With all of the tools available in the space, it can be hard to determine where to start, what tools you should use, and where you should be spending your time. Quentin is setting out to solve that with Nocode Mentors, a site that lets you schedule live video calls with the top experts in the space, including yours truly!

You can follow their journey on Twitter and YouTube, and make sure to sign up on the site for access as soon as they launch!
