Happy October !

October is a big month in our family.

This year the Dodgers are fighting for their 3rd National League Championship in a row and with any luck will finally snag that World Series Win (fingers crossed) -- Go Dodgers!

Plus we'll welcome little one #2 into the world

hubby and I will celebrate our 39th birthdays -- on the same day (I know, I know, WEIRD).

In preparation, I've pulled out my October Baseball t-shirt, washed all the baby clothes, thought about packing my hospital bag, am napping as often as possible, and am dreaming of birthday cake and ice cream!

On the Writing Life side, I've been working on turning the Write Your 2019 Challenge that I offered last year into a workbook for 2020. Here's a sneak peek of the workbook cover.

Sign up here to be the first to know when the workbook is available this December.

Plus I'll send you one of the most popular worksheets from the challenge last year: "Five W's for Writers."

This worksheet will help you gain clarity on your own personal Writing Life Priorities and will help you draft your Writer Mission Statement.

Finally, I thought I'd shower YOU with some "it's my birthday month" gifts this newsletter.

You'll find discount codes, baseball goodies, poems, and seasonal book recommendations below.

I'll be back in your inbox next month, hopefully with happy news of a quick and uncomplicated delivery of a healthy, snuggly new baby.

Happiest of Birthdays from this Libra to all the other Libras in your life!

2020 is quickly approaching, and if you're anything like me, you're in search of a new planner.

I love Passion Planners and am planning to buy a Medium Mighty Yellow one this year.

If you're a first time Passion Planner buyer, you can snag 10% off by using my link.

If you'd like to learn more about why these awesome planners are my favorite, read my full Passion Planner review here.

Is your family as baseball obsessed as mine?

If so, grab your own October Baseball gear here and Let's Go Dodgers!

Also check out my Baseball Book Recommendations here. I've included picture books for the littles and some nonfiction books for the young at heart.

I've scribbled constantly during these last three years of Mamihood, and have even published a few of those musings. Here are three poems about pregnancy and early Mamihood that I'm turning towards these last days of pregnancy:
