Dear Parents and Friends of the School,

Our school Kapa Haka performed with distinction last week at the Matariki Festival in Devonport. Thanks to Mrs Levitt and all the parents for their time. Our Bellbirds choir and Marimba Bands performed at recent assemblies and were outstanding. Thanks to Miss Peake for all your hard work with these groups. The students and staff are also working hard for the production of Aladdin. It has been great to see their progress. Thanks to Mrs Clews, Miss Peake and Ms D’Anvers for their time and skills.

Parent-teacher interviews are on Tuesday 2 July. An electronic booking schedule will be sent to you shortly. Please note that school finishes at Midday on the 2 July. If for any reason the 10-minute interview was not long enough please organise another time to meet your child’s teacher. Your child will bring their report home on Monday 1 July.

Congratulations to our Cross Country runners who competed at the zone cross-country event last week. The results were outstanding.

Our Year 6 netball teams have a field day next Wednesday and I wish them all the best for this.

Friday 28 June is a public holiday celebrating Matariki and school will be closed.
