New Ticketing Initiatives for 2025

Following on from our feedback sessions on the 2024 season, we are implementing a number of new optional Ticketing Initiatives!

• EARLY BIRD: A new ticket type. 30% off full price and only on sale from 6-13 December.

• SNEAK PEEK WEEK: A campaign to highlight shows and gala events taking place in the lead up to Adelaide Fringe.

• THE PAPERING LIST: This initiative helps artists boost attendance by offering complimentary tickets through Adelaide Fringe. Typically, 2-6% of tickets are given away each season, and this program lets you manage some of those strategically.

• VIP TICKET CUSTOMISATION: Customise your VIP Price Name, Ticket Cap and Ticket Description to display on FringeTIX.

• MEDIA TICKETING: an allocation of up to 8 single or double passes to accredited media reviewers.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling Service

Mental health ACCESS Programs has partnered with Adelaide Fringe to offer their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all registered artists and volunteers.

EAP is a counselling service which is free, voluntary and confidential. EAP can assist when personal, family or work issues are impacting on your well-being or quality of life. Their qualified and experienced counsellors use short-term, solution-focussed counselling techniques to resolve the issues identified.

Serendipity Exchange for the Arts

The Serendipity Exchange for the Arts is a two-day delegate program running alongside the Serendipity Arts Festival 2024. This arts exchange provides a platform for artists, producers, and arts managers to showcase their work, network, and collaborate. The initiative aims to expand opportunities for Indian artists and help them reach wider audiences. The Exchange will feature presentations, dialogues, panels, and conversations, fostering new connections within the artistic community and opening doors for creative partnerships.

Serendipity Arts Festival 2024

Serendipity Arts is a Delhi-based not-for-profit platform fostering empathy, curiosity, and cross-cultural dialogue by supporting emerging artists across South Asia. Over the past decade, it has promoted artistic practice, research, and sustainability through residencies, grants, collaborative projects, art writing, and a multi-disciplinary arts festival. The Foundation’s largest initiative, is a multi-disciplinary arts event held annually in Panjim, Goa. Curated by eminent artists, the festival addresses crucial issues like arts education, inclusivity, and accessibility. The ninth edition will take place from 15th-22nd December, 2024.
