It has been a fantastic year for us! One of the best we have had! Our camps seem to get better year/year and we strive to make our guests safari experience just perfect !!!
POLITICAL SITUATION:
Kenya is safe ! Kenya is calm ! The political ups/ downs have finally subsided and even our opposition has backed down, agreeing to dialogue with our current President Uhuru Kenyatta. Kenyans are peace loving, hard working people who seek prosperity and not unrest. We truly do look forward to a wonderful 2018!

MARA BUSH CAMP/PRIVATE WING
We did a generous and comfortable staff quarter for our members at MARA BUSH CAMP / PRIVATE WING last year. This year we focused on sprucing up Mara Bush Camp with brand new and larger tents on wooden platforms, larger terraces and permanent showers. With new kitchen tents for both camps, you are sure to receive excellent freshly prepared meals ! Watch this video to get a taste of the Mara and what is on offer !!!
WE GIVE BACK !!! This is very important to us ! Education of our younger generation to “make a difference” and to let them know about the beauty of their country ! Our annual school trips for the slum children of St. John’s school are a great hit ! We have done in addition food distribution for the Maasai in Magadi (during this year’s terrible drought) as well as clean ups in the Mara Eco-system.
As you know there is a ban on plastic bags and we soon look forward to a ban on plastic bottles in our National Parks & game reserves. In the Mara, we shall have double sided eco-steel bottles that will be given free of charge to our guests to refill their water (as of mid / end Feb). For all our safaris, we are planning glass bottles for the journey which will be re-used and recycled.
