Seminoles Cruising Kitchen serves up fun and food

The Seminoles Cruising Kitchen keeps on truckin’ at Florida State University. The 92-foot-long food truck is a one-of-a-kind behemoth bistro operated by FSU’s food-service provider Sodexo USA and Seminole Dining. It’s the largest custom-mobile kitchen in the United States, and since it rolled into Tallahassee in August, the big rig has made its presence felt on campus. Read more ...

Policy Pub: Explaining State Choices

Policy Pub is a recurring series of brief, plain-language talks by faculty of the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy on public policy issues that affect everyone.
