Raulerson leads Master Craftsman Studio in pivoting production to help FSU combat pandemic

Being able to pivot on a dime has always been part of Master Craftsman Studio program director John Raulerson’s modus operandi. When the COVID-19 pandemic developed, the university’s in-house art studio transitioned from creating custom sculptures and other public artwork to the production of medical-grade face shields and plexiglass partitions. FSU computational mathematician among the world’s most influential researchers

Max Gunzburger, Robert O. Lawton Distinguished Professor and Krafft Professor of Scientific Computing, has been named one of the world’s most influential researchers by Web of Science. The platform, that includes nearly 1.9 billion cited references from more than 171 million records, noted Gunzburger was among a select few researchers most frequently cited by their peers over the past decade. FSU education professor receives award from national student affairs organization

Kathy Guthrie, an associate professor of higher education at Florida State University, has been recognized by the Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA) for her outstanding work in the student affairs profession. Guthrie, a faculty member in the College of Education, was selected as the recipient of the 2021 Robert H. Shaffer Award for Academic Excellence as a Graduate Faculty Member. Read more ...
