Happy Homecoming Week! We look forward to seeing many of you on campus this week as we celebrate not only the University as a whole, but also 44 years of studying abroad! We have several exciting events lined up for you this week, and we hope to see you at some of them. Please keep reading to learn more about our Homecoming activities and where you can find us. We're looking forward to catching up with you!

HUF Reception on Thursday

You are invited to attend a reception celebrating 44 years of Harding University in Florence. This event will also serve as an opportunity to honor Robbie and Mona Shackelford for their many years of service at HUF as they plan to retire at the end of the upcoming spring semester. We are also excited to announce that special guests Sandro Fallani, Silvia Barbieri, and Leda Carrai will be in attendance. Sandro Fallani has served as the Mayor of Scandicci for 10 years and is a friend of HUF. Silvia Barbieri has worked as the HUF secretary for 27 years and Leda Carrai worked as a cook at HUF for 17 years.

This come-and-go reception will take place on Thursday, November 2, from 7-9 p.m. and be held at the Robbins Sanford Grand Hall, located at 118 N Spring St, Searcy, AR 72143.

Please come dressed up to celebrate HUF and some of the people who have made HUF so special over the years. We hope to see you there!
