CONGRATULATIONS TO HEATHER GILLIBRAND FROM FOX VALLEY AQUAFORCE for winning the parent raffle from the 10&U Championship Meet. 

Heather wins a free camp entry for her swimmer to the next qualifying camp (max of $50). An easy win with 1 entry received! Flyers were emailed to teams and over 300 flyers distributed or at admissions with a QR code to our Parent Page. It asked readers to Read, Watch or Listen to Derek Amerman's interview with Amy Oliphant, Founder of Transcend Mental Training and her article on Helping Swimmers Thrive During Championship Season: Understanding the Brain and the Power of Self-Talk. 12&U Medalists from the 10&U Championships or Age Group Championships are invited to apply to the 2025 Age Group Select Camp! Application opened this morning on our camp page!

Women Coaches & Girls Clinic - Saturday April 12th

The Girls Clinic filled within seconds! We had 180 applicants for 40 spots... but the Women Coaches Clinic is still OPEN!!

Women Coaches Track featuring Olivia Smoliga, In Depth Swim Academy & Amy Oliphant, Founder of Transcend Mental Training

• Check In: 1:00pm. Programming 1:30pm-5:30pm with social to follow​
• ​Registration Info: All Women Coaches welcome!​
• Cost to attend: $25 for Illinois Swimming Coaches. $35 for IHSA/Outside LSC​
• ​Includes clinic t-shirt.

Senior Quad Challenge Long Course Meet - Saturday April 12th

• Afternoon/Evening event at Stevenson
• Fall (Boys) and Winter (Girls) Participants received invites to attend. Waitlisted athletes will be invited to fill any open spots

Age Group Select Camp - Sunday April 13th

• Medalists at the 10&U Championships and 11/12 athletes at the Age Group Championships will receive invitations to apply at State. The application will open Monday March 17th at 8:00am, first come, first serve. The application will be posted to the camp page HERE.
