Happy Friday Friends!

"Welcome back to "The Cre8tive Life"- your weekly newsletter full of lifestyle tips, smiles, and cool things to check out!

This past week has been pretty low-key for me...for the most part. The highlight was putting on real clothes for the first time in over a month to participate in a portrait project for an artist. Aside from that, I discovered some new things to watch on Netflix, caught up with some friends, celebrated International Dance Day with some trips down memory lane, and ventured out for my monthly grocery store run (which resulted in me overheating and passing out in the store 😣).

Random stories, pictures, video highlights, and other life musings can be found on my personal instagram page (@e101) and official brand page (@thecre8tiveartisan) throughout the week (when/if I end up posting anything).

*And, if you have missed any previous newsletters, feel free to check out the archive section on my website: HERE.

Continued prayers that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy out there 💗.

My weekly (random) compilation of some of my favorite "cre8tive" things that I want to share:

  • FAVORITE WORD: Epistemic (adj): of or relating to knowledge, or the conditions for acquiring it

  • ADVICE: “When something is for you, all you have to do is be you to receive it."

  • QUARANTINE RECOMMENDATION: If you are in the mood for an "interesting" mystery mini series..."Don't F**k with Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer" on Netflix just might do it for you. I'm still not quite sure what I watched...but, it definitely kept me on the edge of my seat!

  • COOKERY MAGIC: While you may not be able to go outside and fully enjoy the Spring weather at this present time, you can certainly try to make up for it by experimenting with some of these "Spring Dishes." Let me know if you land one you really like!

  • LIFESTYLE TIP: If the thought of doing major spring cleaning overwhelms you (like it does me), you might find a lot of calm (and accountability) with this helpful 30 Day Spring Cleaning Checklist.

  • FEEL GOOD SHARE: This story of compassion that was extended to a deaf employee who is serving on the front lines at Trader Joes really warmed my heart. I hope it provides you with a smile as well!

A simple, yet very profound, action we should all aim to live by.

This week's challenge is to intentionally participate in an act of kindness towards someone outside of your quarantine space.

Stay tuned for the next "Cre8tive Connections" event that will be featured in next week's newsletter!

I ran into some snags this week that took me off focus for it this week 😣.

For those who haven't filled out the survey, I can definitely still use your feedback. So, if you have not done so already, please take  5 minutes to fill out:

Thanks sooooooo much in advance for your time!

***Totally disregard this part of the newsletter if you have already done this.

Lastly, if you happen to have any future topic ideas, or come across any events I should know about, PLEASE feel free to send those along my way. I always LOVE discovering and learning about new things!

Have a great day, and be sure to take time to enjoy your life!

*"The Cre8tive Life" is the weekly "feel good" component of my consultancy, The Cre8tive Artisan, which is where I "make the magic happen" and curate engaging lifestyle events that help connect us humans in deeper ways. Feel free to CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE to see what I do, and let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help you out! As always, if this newsletter is "not your thing", please feel free to unsubscribe (however, I really hope you don't).
