The developer of the Rand Steam Laundries has applied for permission to erect a 30 m cellphone mast at the site which they are currently redeveloping, located on the corner of Napier Road and Barry Hertzog Avenue, opposite the German Old Age Home, located at approximately 29 Napier Road, Richmond.
