Here in my corner of the world, Back to School season is in full swing. With my two oldest in college (making me feel SO old!) and my two youngest in high school and grade school, the month of August was a whirlwind of move-in dates for the college kids and back to school and sports for the younger kids.
While I like to think of myself as having the ability to bend time to my will, the reality is that I lack such superpowers. Given the normal human constrictions of only 24 hours in a day, I dedicated most of those hours to helping my kids in their various stages and ages of this back to school season.
Writing has been put on pause, but hark! The pencil calls! Well, the keyboard, really; I can't imagine handwriting a book and kudos to those great writers of the past who did! (I'm looking at you, Jane Austen*!)
Thus, Book 3 of the Castlewood High Tales (Camp Castlewood) has been pushed back for release in November as I edge back into writer mode. Thanks for your understanding and for reading the first two books in the series. I can't tell you how much that means to me. You are amazing, dear reader!
*Also, I stumbled onto Pride and Prejudice and Zombies in one of my late night ebook searches and have to say that I LOVED it! Those manky dreadfuls!
