In line with the celebration of customer service week, we are upgrading our inflight catering and hospitality experience. To improve your on-board culinary experience, we have made the following changes. Firstly, in the Economy class, we have replaced box service with tray service and changed several meal items on various routes to improve the inflight catering experience.
In addition to that, we are also working towards improving the lounge experience. Alongside our Terminal 1A Pride and Simba Lounges, we also have the Terminal 1C Lounge, which has been well-equipped to facilitate our customers' stay as they await their next flights.
As we continue to enhance the customer experience, we are also working on redesigning our Pride Lounge, adding more live cooking stations, which will assure you of being served freshly cooked food. Finally, we are embarking on introducing staff training so that to ensure our staff are well equipped in delivering high quality customer service. This will ensure that our customers are satisfied and delighted.
