Dear USET/USET SPF Family,

The USET Office of Tribal Public Health is excited to announce the Behavioral Health Book, Becoming Me. The 40-page book is designed to help youth aged 13-20 learn the skills they need to navigate adolescence, focusing on boundary setting, conflict resolution, and safe social media use. The book also incorporates voices from the USET region, featuring stories and artwork from talented youth.

Established in 1969, the United South and Eastern Tribes, Inc.
