The girl fidgeted on the stool, leaning toward the keyhole. She could see their TV screen, smell cigarettes, hear music. A man, woman, kisses. Drama! She felt clever, watching grown-up movies like this after bedtime, not knowing her mom could always hear her. Until she decided it was enough.
