As the Clustdoc platform evolves, we wanted our entire website to reflect our vision and better showcase how we can help our customers.

We’ve reimagined our website to better showcase how we can help streamline your business processes not only for your team but also your entire organization.

Our suite of features is expanding to help you keep delivering the best client onboarding experience. Let’s dive in.

If you ever needed to temporarily lock client applications access to manage them, we’ve got you covered. 

You are now able to lock and unlock access to an application whenever you need it, offering more flexibility in managing client interactions.

You can even automate this option. E.g. you want to lock an application once it has been pre-approved.

We’ve updated our data export module with two new features:

• Select a preferred folder where to send automatically your files, using any of our storage apps, not just Google Drive.
  

• Add FTP as a new option to easily send your files to a secure server.

• The fields in your e-contract can be retained even if you replace your original file with a new version.

• The applications tab custom view has been updated to help you better manage client submissions.

" Can I edit the names of the files I receive ? "

Sure, you'll have two options : You can enable automatic renaming, where submitted files will automatically take the name of the requested document. Or with a personalized prefix you choose, followed by the document name.
